Refund policy

As the Products created by Games Knight are custom order novelty products that are specifically designed and created by Games Knight based on the specifications, photographs, details and plans provided by the Visitors and no two products are identical or interchangeable, we do not offer any refunds.

Once your payment has been completed, the same will not be refunded in any scenario except where there is demonstrable malice on part of Games Knight.
