A personalized game is a game created for a specific individual or family, encompassing their favorite memories, photos, and other custom details pertaining to them. Each of our personalized games are unique and one of a kind. 

A personalized game makes the best gift for someone who loves to play card & board games. We strive to add as much customization as possible and re-create the game keeping YOU in mind. Playing a personalized game is an extremely unique experience, and the joy it brings is unparalleled. 

We offer a variety of card games, board games, custom wooden puzzles and music plaques. Most of our offerings are entirely custom made, however we do sell a few products that are ready to buy and not customized.

We have developed a questionnaire based on each of our offerings. Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email along with a game/product specific questionnaire(s) based on the games/products you have chosen. You need to just fill out this questionnaire and submit it. If we require you to approve certain content or designs, we will get in touch with you through Whatsapp for the same. 

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We will only offer a refund if the product you receive is damaged or incorrect. 

Since most of our products are personalized, shipping depends on when you submit the questionnaire. Once submitted, our card games, puzzles and music plaques typically take 5-7 business days to create and our board games take 7-10 business days to create. Thereafter, shipping takes between 1-5 business days depending on your location. 

We at games knight aim to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible, however, shipping times vary since our products are customized. Once your order is shipped, you should receive a tracking link so you can track your order.

Our card games are made from paper and our board games are made using acrylic & wood. Our custom puzzles and plaques are made from wood & acrylic, respectively.

We do not accept COD. Since most of our offerings are personalized, we require a 100% upfront payment in order to process your order.

Yes, we do. Most of our games come with an instruction manual to help you understand how the game is played. 

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you are ordering one of our customized products, you will receive a google form link along with your order confirmation, which will allow you to customize the product you have chosen.

Readily available products (our generic games) are shipped within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. 

As for our customized games, card games, puzzles & music plaques will be shipped about 5-7 business days AFTER the submission of the questionnaire. Board games will be shipped about 7-10 business days AFTER the submission of the questionnaire. 

An email will be sent with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Once Games Knight dispatches your order, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and courier company that is delivering your order. If you have issues with your tracking please email us on info@gamesknight.in

Shipping is calculated based on weight - we have provided a chart of these calculations. Once you fill your cart, your shipping will be calculated before your check out.
