Games Knight will not store your payment details, or your banking / card / any sensitive financial detail(s) – this information shall be asked of you by the payment gateway provider when you are completing payment for your placed order and Games Knight shall not store the same. 

Further, kindly note the Games Knight website is hosted by a third-party data specialist. Accordingly, the data collected is stored in third party servers. While we ensure that these third parties  are compliant with the relevant data protection laws and regulations and we take all precautions from our end to safeguard all data, we shall not be liable for any data theft or breach of security at the third party data centers / servers.

If you opt in to receive updates, then Games Knight may also use the information to provide you with service announcements, information and communications from us, then we shall use your stored information to send you periodic updates, communications regarding new products / launches / events, tips and promotions, etc.
